Production time
Orders ship within 4 days after your artwork is approved. Every file is checked by a person first. If something needs fixing, we email you and hold the order until you reply, so the 4 days start once your artwork is approved.
Where we ship
We currently ship to [regions]. Delivery options, costs and an estimated arrival date are shown at checkout before you pay.
Shipping costs
- Standard, tracked: free on orders over $75. Below that, the cost is shown at checkout.
- Express, tracked: priced at checkout once you enter your address.
Tracking
Every order ships with tracking. We email your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us, and you can also check it any time on the Track an order page.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your tracking hasn’t updated for [X] business days, contact us with your order number. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and keep you updated. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll reprint and resend it at no cost.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please check your address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us straight away. We can update it before your order ships, but not after.
