Print lifting? Tell usWhat is a DTF transfer?
A design printed onto film with a powder adhesive. You heat press it onto a garment and peel the film away, leaving the print behind.
What resolution should my artwork be?
300 DPI at the size you'll print. A 10″ wide design should be about 3000 pixels wide.
Do I need to mirror my design?
No. Upload it the way it should read. We mirror it when printing.
Can I print white?
Yes. White areas in your artwork print with white ink. Transparent areas don't print at all.
What sizes can I order?
Any width up to 22″ when ordering by size. Gang sheets are 22″ wide and come in seven lengths.
What if a transfer doesn’t work?
Report it within [X] days with photos. If the fault is in the print, we'll reprint or refund. See the refund policy for details.
