Ordering
When you place an order, you’re asking us to print your artwork at the size and quantity you chose. We confirm the order by email. We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if we can’t print it or if it breaks these terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown before you pay and include any volume savings. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may change prices for future orders, but never for an order you’ve already placed.
Your artwork
- You keep all rights to your artwork.
- By uploading, you confirm you own the artwork or have permission to print it.
- You give us permission to use the file only to print and fulfil your order.
- You’re responsible for spelling, layout and resolution once you approve the artwork.
What we won’t print
We won’t print artwork that infringes someone else’s trademark or copyright, or content that is illegal, hateful or harassing. If we spot an issue, we’ll contact you and may cancel the order with a refund.
Production and delivery
Production and shipping times are described in our shipping policy. Delivery dates from carriers are estimates.
Problems with an order
Reprints and refunds are covered by our refund policy.
Affiliate program
Affiliates are bound by the separate affiliate terms they accept when they join. Commissions are only paid on genuine orders that aren’t refunded.
Liability
Our responsibility for any order is limited to reprinting it or refunding what you paid for it. We’re not responsible for garments damaged by pressing settings outside our guide.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction].
